An extremely high quality premium rum from Oliver y Oliver’s Quorhum range of Dominican rums.
This bottling contains spirit distilled from both pot and column stills, and from both molasses and sugar cane juice. The rum has been aged in French and American oak barrels for up to 30 years, before being finished for several months in former Port casks.
The result is a wonderfully rich and intense spirit, that serves up flavours of red berries, chocolaty fudge, bananas, sweet red wine, vanilla, coconut, spice, coffee liqueur, plums, figs, and raisins, slight tropical fruit and dark oak.
A great example of a cask aged rum.
