Produced by the Summum company, Ron Canero is a Dominican rum that has been aged for 12 years.

This rum was produced by Maestro Juan Alberto Alvarez, and has been finished for a time in “Cream Sherry” casks. If you’re unfamiliar with the term, “Cream Sherry” is the traditional English title given to a sweet blend of Oloroso and Amontillado – perfect for adding flavour to spirits.

This is a rum that offers notes of drying molasses, sweet grapes, dried fruits, toasted nuts, vanilla, milk chocolate, pineapple, bananas, leather, tobacco, cedarwood warming spice and toffee.

An excellent sipping rum!
