A striking black-coloured Absinthe from Spanish producer Rodnik’s.

Thought to be the first Absinthe of this style, Rodnik’s is flavoured with all manner of Mediterranean botanicals, most prominently Wormwood (also known as Artemisia absinthium).

The final product is a spirit rich in flavours of aromatic wormwood, bittersweet rooty spice, star anise and liquorice.

Try this with plenty of iced water.
