A gold rum from the Rivère du Mât distillery, found on the isle of Réunion in the Indian Ocean.

Made using “fresh molasses”, this rum is double aged, with an initial maturation in oak barrels followed by a finishing period in former Bourbon casks.

The result is a vanilla heavy, fruity rum with notes of toasted oak, spice, lemon, grassy cane, tropical fruits, vanilla and toffee.

A great mixing rum that pairs well with cola.
