A richly flavoursome Welsh single malt whisky from Penderyn Distillery.

This dram has been matured in three former Bourbon barrels and rejuvenated casks, initially selected by the ‘Einstein of whisky’, the much missed Dr Jim Swan, but now specially chosen by Penderyn’s master distillers.

The end product is a spirit that serves up notes of tropical fruits (guava, banana and mango), apples, cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla, sweet oak, toasted nuts and cloves.

A great introduction to Penderyn’s fruit-forward style. Bottled at 46% ABV for a touch more warmth.
