Another excellent unaged grappa from the Nardini company, who have been in the business for over 225 years.

This grappa begins life was pomace from grapes grown in the foothills of the Veneto and Friuli areas of Italy. It is then distilled in a vacuum sealed still with double rectification.

The final product is a bright and vivid grappa, with a dry grape note accompanied by herbaceous and slight woody flavours, ginger, lime zest, peppery spice and mint.

At 50% ABV, the flavours of the pomace assert themselves powerfully.
