A terrific single cask dram from Miltonduff Distillery, bottled by legendary bottlers Gordon & MacPhail, produced for their celebrated Connoisseurs Choice range.

This single vintage 2008 Scotch whisky has been matured in one refill Sherry puncheon for 15 years.

The whisky offers notes of rich, intense Sherry offset by sweet malt and stem ginger, which is soon joined by flavours of dried fruits, pepper, roasted nuts, liquorice, cinnamon, cloves, gingerbread, dark chocolate, mocha, rich oak and vanilla.

Bottled at a very robust cask strength of 63.4% ABV, this is a powerful and intense whisky, full of delicious Sherry character.
