A beautiful, blush pink gin from the Isle of Wight Distillery

Made in small batches, this bottling uses a base of the distillery’s flagship Mermaid Gin (flavoured with lemon zest, grains of paradise and rock samphire) and infuses it with local Isle of Wight strawberries.

Unlike other pink gins on the market, no additional sweeter is added, resulting in a vibrant, refreshing offering with notes of citrus rind, earthy spice, juniper and fresh strawberries.

Delicious served in a spritz with tonic water and Rosé wine.
