A wonderful barrel aged gin from the aptly named Pleasure Gardens Distilling Co.

This is a complex gin, produced using a recipe of 13 botanicals, including: lime flower, lemon balm, clove, liquorice, chamomile and grapefruit, as well as the requisite juniper.

After distillation, the gin was aged for 6 weeks in casks from acclaimed Bajan rum distillery, Foursquare.

The final product is a gin that possesses gentle herbal tea qualities, balanced by bittersweet juniper, dried citrus rind, vanilla oak, some creamy tropical fruit, cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Bottled at a warming 51.3% ABV – this cask aged gin will stand out in any drink.
