Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, is known for being “the Land of Eternal Spring”, hence the name of this bottling, which is made on the Island.

A fruity and flavoursome gin, made with floral essences and fresh ripe strawberries, this bottling really is the essence of spring. The gin includes botanicals from Macaronesia – the collection of Atlantic islands that include the Azores, Madeira and the Canaries. The ingredients include juniper, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, lemon peel and orange peel.

The result is a gin rich in berry flavours, and touches of warming earthy spice, citrus, pungent liquorice and bittersweet juniper.

The bottle is designed to recall old Genever vessels from the Netherlands, and is finished with pretty pink accenting.
