This dram has been aged for 11 years in a single Hogshead cask, before being bottled without chill filtration.

The result is an oaky and rich dram, with notes of sweet honey on malted bread, vanilla, apples, pears, some soft flowers, cinnamon, bittersweet oak, toffee, cornbread and tobacco leaf.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a well-balanced, well-crafted single malt whisky.
