When this vermouth was first released in 2011, it was the first new bottling from the famous house of Lillet for over 50 years.
Rosé has enjoyed a rising profile over the last few years, and Lillet are not ones to miss out. This bottling actually isn’t made with Rosé however, with Lillet preferring to blend red and white Grand Cru Bordeaux wines together. Fruit brandy, Peruvian quinine, sweet and bitter orange peels are added to create the distinctive aromatic flavour.
Mix this with tonic water for a cooling spritzer in the summer, or serve it neat for a spritely aperitif.
