The Lemorton family have been distilling Calvados for five generations, and are synonymous with high quality spirit. This Calvados has been made using apples and pears grown around the Normandy town of Domfront, before being distilled in the traditional manner and aged for three decades in oak barrels.

This Calvados has deep flavours of baked apples and pears, joined by some slight orchard fruit acidity, pear schnapps, a little lemon rind, dark oak, vanilla, toffee, spices, waxy apple skins and cream.
