KOVAL is a very interesting distillery, to say the least. This rye whiskey distilled from a mash of 100% rye grain sourced from a local, organic farmer collective is certainly no exception. The whiskey enjoys a maturation in new American oak sourced from Minnesota, giving the final product a light and fresh character while still allowing the spiciness of the rye to have its way.
