A small batch Knockando whisky bottled by Signatory Vintage for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

This whisky, a 2011 vintage, was aged in a pair of hogshead casks until January 2022, with a final age of ten years.

The end result is a whisky with notes of buttered toast, waxy citrus rind, honey, aniseed, apples, toasted nuts, malted milk biscuits, sweet pears, caramel and allspice.,

Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a satisfying and well-made whisky.
