A high quality independent bottling of Knackando single malt from the Ultimate Whisky Company.

This single cask whisky was distilled back in April 2011, and bottled in October 2022, having been aged for 11 years in a first fill hogshead.

The final product is a fruity and sweet Speyside whisky, with notes of honey, oak, peaches, toffee, almonds, butter on toast, yellow plums, sweet malt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cocoa and milky coffee.

Bottled at 46% ABV for a touch more body and presented without chill filtration, this is a satisfying dram.
