A lovely small batch dram from Speyside distillery, Knockando.

This single malt Scotch whisky has been bottled by Signatory Vintage for their celebrated Un-Chillfiltered range. The spirit has been matured for a decade in a collection of 5 de-charred and re-charred Hogsheads, giving it a fresh, vibrant flavour.

The final product is a finely poised Speyside dram that offers notes of fresh flowers, apples, pears, citrus rind, caramelised oranges, shortbread biscuits, toasted nuts, malt, raisins, vanilla, cream, almonds, cinnamon, pepper and charred oak.

An archetypal Speyside dram that hits all the right notes. This whisky has been bottled at 46% ABV, and offers great body and power.
