This 14 year old Irish single malt whisky is matured in two types of wood, firstly in bourbon barrels and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks. This whisky was bottled in 2013, at 46% ABV and is non-chill-filtered. Knappogue Castle is distilled at an undisclosed Irish distillery.
