An American gin from San Francisco, California, distilled and bottled by the Anchor Distilling Company. Launched in 1998, this was one of the first gins to be released during the recent resurgence of gin. This gin is made with the traditional style in mind, focusing on the basics, hence the name “Junipero”. This no-nonsense gin is distilled with 12 botanicals in tradition copper pot stills, and is bottled at a very serious strength of 49.3% ABV. This gin will be right in the wheelhouse of the more seasoned gin aficionados.
