A highly traditional gin made by the same fine folk behind Whitley Neill gin. The Whitley family have been distilling gin for 8 generations. This gin is batched distilled in a copper pot still, and made with 8 botanicals, producing a spirit of clarity and delicious simplicity. This gin is rich in peppery, slightly piney juniper, with a superb balance provided by the citrus rind also included. Herbaceous, crisp and slightly creamy, this is an excellent value gin that would work fantastically in a range of gin cocktails. A welcome addition to any bar.
