The first spirit from the Isle of Raasay distillery is also the first to be legally distilled on the Scottish island - ever.

This gin is made with ten different botanicals, including juniper from the island itself, rhubarb root, sweet orange and lemon peel.

The end result is an intensely dry gin, with powerful juniper character, eventually giving way to reveal sweet citrus, rhubarb, seaside herbs and a touch of malty sweetness.

An excellent first outing from this distillery, which was opened in 2017.
