A gin that pays homage to one of the pioneers of bartending, “The Professor” Jerry Thomas, the man who first codified many of the cocktails we continue to drink to this day. This bottling is a collaboration between vermouth makers Federico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia and the famous Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome.

A richer gin than its more floral counterpart, the “Madame” gin, “Monsieur” is spicier and more citrusy, with an emphasis on classic Juniper notes.

Bottled without chill filtration and at a higher proof of 43.7% ABV, this ensures that this gin has an oiler, fuller profile than most. Drinkers can expect some wonderful lemon peel aromas, accompanied by a thick juniper and coriander spice, and a little soft lavender.

Beautifully presented, this is a top-class tribute to one of the great figures of bartending.
