Produced from 48 different herbs found locally to Provence, and over 65 botanicals in total (21 of which are kept secret), Henri Bardouin Pastis is predominately flavoured with aniseed.

This liqueur is made in the hills of Luberon, close to the town of Forcalquier, in Provence. The producer, Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, has been creating spirits for over a century.

Bottled at 45% ABV, the distillery recommend that this powerful liqueur is served liberally diluted with water, and ice to taste. The Pastis also has an interesting role to play in cocktails.
