A more approachable Italian absinthe produced by the Hapsburg company, who have been in the business since 1999.

This bottling is inspired by the culture and nightlife of Paris’s Latin Quarter (the left bank), an area famous for fostering the talents of artists and writers.

Flavoured with Artemisia Absinthium (grand wormwood), this is a lighter absinthe with a strong bittersweet and herbaceous profile with touches of fruit and mint.

The spirit is bottled at 53.5% ABV, creating more drinkable Absinthe, but one that still shines when diluted with ice water, or mixed into cocktails.

A fitting tribute to the Parisian artists who used absinthe to fuel their creations.
