This bottling begins with Grey Goose’s superb premium wheat-based vodka, to which essential oils from the high quality lemons are added, including some from the renowned citrus-growing region of Menton in France. Lemons from this area are said to be milder, with a thicker skin and a less acidic profile. The peels of these lemons offer great yields of oil, which is concentrated to preserve brightness.

This bottling serves up a bright, lemon sherbet like flavour with a powerful hit of pure lemon juice, underpinned by some grain sweetness and chewy wheat.
