A flagship cask strength bottling produced by Campbeltown distillery, Glen Scotia.
The whisky takes inspiration from the distillery’s Victorian history.
This dram has been finished in deeply charred oak, giving it a rich, toasted oak and woodsmoke flavour profile.
The end result is a dram that offers intense oakiness, accompanied by flavours of sugared citrus rind, fruit and nut chocolate, apples, pears, gentle peat smoke, a little earthy spice, blackcurrants and raisins.
A really impressive whisky from Glen Scotia, bottled at 54.2% ABV.
