Another addition to Spain’s ever-expanding gin industry.

Gin Eva is a classic London Dry style which takes its inspiration from its home island of Mallorca. Indeed, the gin is made with juniper berries found in the dunes of the Es Trenc beach, alongside local citrus fruits and herbs, and traditional botanicals of angelica and coriander.

The spirit is distilled in a highly traditional copper pot still.

The result is a peppery, pine-led gin, with a good balance of citrus fruit and aromatic herbs.

A gin with an excellent sense of Terrior, that captures the flavours of Mallorca.
