A higher proof edition of the wonderful and unorthodox Geranium gin! This gin is full of floral notes from the eponymous Geranium, which is used unorthodoxly in the flavouring of this gin. This gin is produced by English father and son team, Hammer and Son, using a copper pot still that is over a hundred years old. Hammer the father used his experience as a chemist to ensure the best extraction of flavour, whilst Hammer the son used his experience as a gin tasting judge to make the leap from chemistry to finished spirit. The extra proof here gives the flavours a little bit more ooomphf, really making them leap out of the glass and onto the palate, and ensures that it stands up delightfully against any tonic water pairing! Makes an excellent and refreshing Gimlet.
