A traditional red bitter style Italian liqueur from famous producers, Galliano.

This liqueur is made with infusions of spices, herbs and citrus fruit, including: oranges, bergamot, bitter orange, chinotto, tangerine, grapefruit, anise, juniper, cardamom, sandalwood, sage, lavender, peppermint, cinnamon and vanilla.

These botanicals are macerated and rested for at least two weeks to extra their maximum flavour.

The end result is a richly flavoursome liqueur, with notes of zesty grapefruit and orange candies, black cherries, vanilla, flowers, pepper, bittersweet juniper, aniseed, rooty spice, cola, tangerine juice, cardamom and cinnamon.

A fantastic ingredient in cocktails - especially Negronis.
