A fragrant, delicious Tequila Blanco that is bottled straight off the style, offering a pure flavour of the spirit.

Previously only available to visitors at the distillery, this Tequila is presented entirely unadulterated. The spirit has been made form 100% agave, that has been crushed by stone in the traditional manner, cooked in brick overs and fermented in old fashioned, open-air wooden washbacks. Distillation occurs twice in copper pot stills, with the spirit then immediately bottled.

The result is a crisp, vegetal tequila, with notes of sweet, succulent agave, black pepper, lime, slight earth, olives, green grapes and stone fruit.

Completing the artisan feel of this product is the packaging, with bottles hand blown in Mexcio, and topped with a charming agave-heart stopper.
