A fascinating single malt from Icelandic distillery Floki. This whisky has been distilled from 100% locally farmed Icelandic barley.

A single barrel whisky, the spirit has been aged for three years in former Floki Young Malt barrels (another of the distillery’s products) aged under Mount Hekla.

The end result is a spritely, youthful dram, with notes of strawberries, candied apple, buttery oak, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, sweet grain and malty biscuits.
