A delicious aged grappa from the northern Italian producer, Dellavalle.

This spirit has been aged with a base of Moscato or Muscat grape pomace, distilled gently in traditional small batch stills, before being aged in Rovere oak casks for between 12 and 18 months.

The end result is a spicy, flavoursome grappa with notes of apples, brown sugar, oak, green wood, sweet grapes, lemon juice, vanilla, flowers and gentle peppery spice.

High quality, supple and well-balanced, this would make a great alternative to Cognac or whisky.
