A blackcurrant flavoured gin from Latvian-based distillers, Cross Keys

This gin begins like Cross Keys’s standard edition, containing botanicals of rosemary, chamomile, linden blossoms and juniper, before being infused with blackcurrants.

The final result is a juicy, fruity gin, with notes of fresh berries, sweet blackcurrant cordial bittersweet juniper berries, fragrant herbs and some subtle spice.

Delicious in G&Ts – this gin also does well as a stand-in for crème de mure in the modern classic Bramble cocktail.
