A beautiful example of an English Single Malt from the nation’s picturesque Cotswold region.

This dram has been made with locally-grown barley, that weas matured in American and Spanish oak casks, seasoned with both Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry.

The final result is fruity, spicy whisky with notes of orange peel, dried fruit, candied ginger, apple pie, dark chocolate, nuts, pepper, Sherried oak, cherries and vanilla custard.

Bottled at a warming 57.4%, this is a full bodied and flavoursome whisky.
