A magnificent bottling of Clynelish from independent bottlers Càrn Mòr, as part of their highly esteemed Celebration of the Cask series.

Clynelish is beloved by blenders and whisky aficionados alike, prized for its unique waxy, North Highlands character.

This dram was aged in a single Bourbon barrel for 25 years, having been distilled on the 21st of October 1993 and bottled on the 26th of August 2019.

The final result is a buttery, waxy whisky with notes of crisp malt, herbs, coffee, black tea, dried apricot, white peach, apples, pears, peppery spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, crisp oak, a little salt and lemon rind.

Bottled at 48.1% ABV, and without chill filtration or colouration, this is an opulent and flavoursome dram.

Only 128 bottles were produced.
