A very high quality Torino vermouth from Cinzano.

The 1757 series was first released in 2015, and are designed to recall the Cinzano company’s founding fathers, Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano, who established the enterprise in 1757.

The Bianco is made with white wine, and botanicals of gentian, wormwood, mixed herbs, cinnamon and clove.

These have combined to produced a delicate, light vermouth, with a bittersweet profile, and notes of apple, peach, flowers, cinnamon, peppery spice, sliced herbs, pear, lime rind and dry white wine.

The bottles are individually labelled, and production is limited.

Makes a belter White Negroni.
