An extremely accessible and affordable Cognac from an excellent producer, Château de Montifaud! This is a traditional and family owned Cognac house, that have been in business since 1866. This Cognac bears the label “Cocktail and Cook”, illustrating its designed purpose. The spirit itself is youthful and bright, with soft, grapey and sweet notes, ideal for mixing into delicious drinks or for adding depth to beautiful dishes. Whilst it might not be its designated purpose, we have found this Cognac to make a great daily drinker when served over a little ice. A wonderful addition for any budding home bartender.
