A new addition to Cane Island’s line of Single Island Blends, this time round from the Caribbean Island of Trinidad.
This rum is likely mostly produced at the enormous Angostura distillery, which has some of the largest column stills in the world.
A dry and complex spirit, drinkers can expect a light molasses flavour, with a little grassiness, sweet tropical fruits, vanilla, honey and bright oak.
An adept sipping rum, this would also be well suited as a base for Tiki cocktails.
