A superb single estate rum from Cane Island.

In an industry which is often fast and loose with facts, this rum label offers the drinker a wealth of information. This spirit was produced in a column still at the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos distillery, in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. The rum has been aged for 5 years in American White Oak casks.

The final product is a delightful spirit, rich in character and with a beautiful golden colour. Drinkers are treated to notes of thick molasses, tropical fruit, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, and wood spice. The bottling strength of 43% ABV gives the flavours a little boost.

Another great rum from Cane Island, this is delicious neat, or in stirred rum cocktails.
