Made with the pomace leftover from Champagne production, this is a high quality, well-aged French brandy.

The spirit offers notes of oaky caramel, ripe apples and pears, citrus rind, honey, baking spices, gentle mint, subtle grape sweetness, chocolate and toasted nuts.

Boréas takes its name from the word meaning ‘north wind’.
