A tremendous London dry gin, made through a painstaking process that produces incredible clarity of flavour. This gin is distilled five times, and made with a base of clean grain spirit in a micro distillation set-up. A bain-marie distillation is used to individual distil each of 14 different botanicals, creating an intense and pure spirit, fully flavoured. These botanicals include: Iris root, Jamaican peppercorn, coriander, cinnamon, anise, orange peel and thyme. These separate spirits are then blended together, to create a final gin of real precision, and clean flavour. The gin is crisp, citrusy and bright, with a delightful spice and edge of flinty minerality. A really superb and forward-thinking gin, which is a step above the usual.
