Produced by Greenall’s head distiller Joanne Moore, someone who should know a thing or two about creating a delicious gin.

Bloom is so named as it contains floral botanicals, including chamomile, pomelo and honeysuckle. Cubeb berries, coriander, angelica and juniper are also used, to ensure that the gin still possesses something of the traditional London Dry style.

The result is a less-juniper forward gin than most bottlings, with flowers and citrus further to the fore. A little cracked pepper, lime and coriander earthiness round out the gin, giving it depth and character.

A very high quality offering, a big step up from the ordinary Greenall’s Gin.
