This whisky is named after a breed of Highland cow well known for their stoicism in the face of Scotland’s inclement weather.
Equally robust is this powerful blend, which is bottled at a warming 50% ABV and without chill filtration. This blend contains a higher than average ratio of malt to grain, giving it a great depth and body, with lots of sweet vanilla custard, spiced dried fruits, and warm barley.
Aged for 5 years, this ensures a perfect balance between spirit and cask.
