This is a high rye mashbill whiskey from the Western Spirits company.

Bird Dog is a floral and spicy whiskey with plenty of dark oak and sweet fruit flavours, alongside a little grain sweetness and bright oak.

The whiskey is presented in a neat flask style bottle of 750ml in size, featuring the titular obedient hound.
