A VS bottling, this is a blend of spirits that have been aged for at least two years. At Baron Otard, the Cognac is aged in French oak casks, strictly from the Limousin forest, which is known for creating oak with a close grain, and providing strong, balanced flavours. These casks are kept in the original 11th century Chateau of Baron Otard.

Baron Otard VS, is a lightly oaked, sweet, fruity and floral Cognac, with a medium mouthfeel. A great introduction to this brand’s range, it is ideal as a daily drinker or for use in cocktails.
