A delectable Auchroisk whisky, independently bottled for Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength range.

This whisky has been matured for a full quarter century, initially aged in hogshead casks before being transferred to a single fresh sherry butt for a finishing period of 57 months! The result is a richly flavoured and fruity spirit.

Drinkers should expect notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, orange rind, freshly toasted wood, vanilla, citrus rind, liquorice, dried fruits, dark oak, buttered corn, candied ginger and marmalade.

Bottled at a cask strength of 48.5% ABV, only 684 bottles were produced.

A superb whisky from this lesser-seen distillery.
