Auchentoshan 32 Year Old 1973
70 cl, 55.5%

A quite incredible Lowland malt whisky from Auchentoshan. Whiskies don’t get a whole lot rarer than this 1973 vintage, which takes Auchentoshan’s classic Lowland, triple-distilled spirit and allows it to mature in a single Sherry butt for 32 long years, creating simply staggering complexity. The spirit was distilled on the 14th of March 1973, and bottled on the 8th of July 2005. Drinkers should expect delectable notes of dried fruit, soft lowland flowers, incredibly dark, sweet sherry and rich honey. This is an extraordinarily decadent whisky, bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.5% ABV, and non chill filtered to allow the well-developed flavours to fully express themselves on the nose and palate. The spirit is beautifully presented in a unique, old fashioned bottle, which comes complete with a handsome dark presentation box – both of which are numbered. Just 480 of these bottles were produced worldwide, making them exceedingly rare and collectible. A luxurious and delicious once in a lifetime whisky.

Please note the damage on the box.
