Released in 2015 and limited to just 9,000 bottles, this 2nd release of the Arran Machrie Moor Cask Strength is bottled non-chillfiltered, at natural colour, and at a strength of 58.2% ABV. It is peated to a moderate level of 20ppm, and takes its name from a mythical peat bog located on the west coast of the Island. This single malt whisky has a strong back bone of peat with sweet notes of lime and pear intermingled with malt and jammy fruits. Delicious!
