A special bottling produced by French distillers Armorik for their 20th anniversary.
This whisky is the first peated spirit produced by the distillery, and is peated to a hefty 50ppm.
Triagoz is named after a group of islands found off the Côte de Granit Rose.
The spirit itself has been aged in former bourbon barrels, and possesses a more elegant, less earthy peat, accompanied by notes of orchard fruit, slight peppery spice, pressed flowers, sea spray, jammy berries, caramel and baked bananas.
The whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, and without chill filtration or colouration.
A smoky French dram that serves up the unexpected.
