One of the most striking bottles of any spirit on our selves! This is a juniper-led gin, distilled in a custom-built 200 litre copper still (named “Kathleen”) with a distinctive double sphere head, which creates a purer spirit due to an increased copper contact. The distillery is carbon neutral, running off a solar array. Only the heart of the cut makes it into each bottling, ensuring the highest quality is maintained. This gin has delicious notes of citrus and elderflower, giving it a summery feel. Winter Savoury is also added, creating a delicate woody aroma. The distillers, Bramley & Gage, also produce a fantastic tonic water, meaning one can have the perfect pairing! The gin has picked several awards lately, being named in the top 50 spirits in the Great Taste Awards of 2016, and being accredited with a gold medal in the 2016 Spirits Business Awards.
